This unique event will bring together women physicians, residents, medical and pre-medical students from across the country for a weekend of real-life conversations, professional development, personal wellness, and authentic connection.
Unlike other medical conferences, this retreat creates a safe, open and supportive space for women to connect, share, and have authentic conversations about balancing career ambitions with personal goals, navigating family life, overcoming workplace challenges, mental health, and self-care.

Real Women, Real Life: A Scrub Sisters Retreat is a one-of-a-kind event that brings together women in medicine at all stages of their careers to have real-life conversations about personal growth and our lives outside of the hospital walls. Unlike traditional medical conferences, this retreat focuses on topics beyond clinical practice—exploring physical, mental and emotional wellness, women’s health, work-life balance, financial independence, contract negotiations, mentorship, and creativity, all in a fun, supportive and empowering community.
This retreat is designed for women at all stages of medicine, including pre-med students, medical students, residents, fellows, attending physicians, and even retired professionals who want to have fun, connect, share, and grow together. To ensure diversity, we will offer a limited number of open registrations for each level of training and practice so register early!

At this time, the retreat is in-person only, but we may have some speakers join remotely. We may also offer select virtual content after the event.

Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
